Have been buried in the dirt,

black soil compact,

burden, compressed blindness-

Calling, he dug,

“I’m almost there”,

pick struck the chest.

Now at every Word there is,

the last dirt it falls away,

as He pries off the lid,

reveals the gold He shaped inside.
